Users and in general any person who wishes to introduce a link to WWW.TURICARRERAS.COM, may do so, provided that they have a written authorization by TURICARRERAS and that they do not have the intention to copy the content of TURICARRERAS nor to spread negative publicity about WWW.TURICARRERAS.COM.

LOGIN / ACCESS. ACCESS PASSWORDS. USER’S NAME - Users select their own passwords or access codes. Vulgarity shall not be accepted and Users must adhere to good manners when selecting their passwords. Commercial trademarks, pseudonyms of important political figures, etc., or in general any access code or name which may affect TURICARRERAS reputation are forbidden. Codes are registered automatically and may be changed at any time, but only by the registered User and provided that they are available and do not coincide or causes conflict with the code of any other User.
Users must commit to use this code with responsibility. Codes are personal and untransferable and may not be disclosed to third parties. In case of loss or theft TURICARRERAS must be informed immediately to protect the User, avoid their use against him/her or to harm TURICARRERAS, or to prevent them form being re-sent, assuming the password has been forgotten.

5. - Notice for job candidates who register in TURICARRERAS
TURICARRERAS offers a meeting point between companies and job candidates, through which the former offer their job vacancies available, while candidates who wish to apply to such vacancies advertise themselves. TURICARRERAS is not responsible in any form for candidates chosen by the company or for the candidates’ performance in the company that hires them.
TURICARRERAS shall not be responsible for hiring the Users who register with that purpose or for guaranteeing them their work positions. Hiring shall depend exclusively on the interested parties’ capacity, knowledge, aptitudes and work experience.
Salaries shown in the gateway are not TURICARRERAS’ responsibility. They have been established by the companies and/or recruiting agencies. Thus, TURICARRERAS shall not have any responsibility whatsoever for the salaries offered.
In the registered Users section, TURICARRERAS shall have the authority to “rule” the Users’ privacy level; if the User decides to use this function it shall be under his/her total responsibility, and shall be somehow limited to the possible offers he/she may receive. With regards to their CV, Users have the option to hide it leaving only available to the interested companies/agencies specific data such as, telephone number, email address, etc.; information which the User shall provide directly under his/her responsibility.
TURICARRERAS shall not be responsible for any discrimination by the companies against people with mental handicaps, physical impairments, tattoos, criminal record, race, religion, physical appearance, etc., since the hiring process is performed directly by the companies. TURICARRERAS’ sole function is to serve as meeting point between companies and job candidates.
